Chair Yoga
A gentle and relaxing form of yoga helps seniors with balance and joint relaxation. The main focus is to concentrate on breathing and strengthening your body. Every Tuesday & Thursday at 4:00 pm at St. Patrick’s Senior Center.
Chair Exercise
Chair exercises are curated for seniors and focused on improving strength, flexibility, and mobility. It is also a fun, social time with other community seniors. Every Tuesday & Thursday at 8:30 am at St. Patrick’s Senior Center.
